Is there a timeframe for booking?
Most Bookings are generally based on your desired package rather than a standard number of days.
Example: The preferred timeframe for our Package Level One requires less setup planning and can be booked between 3 - 5 weeks, ultimately based on availability.
What should I have when calling?
In addition to sharing your vision, we ask that you have the top main three following pieces of information:
1. Wedding Date/Time
2. A Venue/Location
3. Do you have an Event Planner or Contact Person?
How is the normal flow of operations for a Booking?
After booking your Wedding Service, you will received a confirmation email based off the desired package you selected. This email can be sent to both you and your event planner. The content will go over only the necessary information to keep things moving on an easy, consistent pace including our service standards agreement.
How do the Deposits Work?
In order to Book your Wedding Service, a Deposit will be required based on the selected package ranging from 30% - 50% of the Booking with the remaining funds due up to 7 calendar days before the big day (Wedding Date).
Please note that the Booking Deposit is Non-Refundable as it secures the date, time, location and package services and assets required to fulfill the event.
What are the Contact Hours?
Contact Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm excluding all Federal Holidays.
